The Faculty of Federal Advocates presents its Trial Advocacy Skills Workshop. Four
consecutive sessions have been scheduled in the United States Bankruptcy Court
for the District of Colorado. Participants in the Program will be given
the opportunity to participate in the presentation of their case in a mock trial
format. Each session will be devoted to a different skill – opening,
direct examination, cross-examination and closing. The U.S. Bankruptcy
Court Judges will preside over the sessions with the help of Faculty members
chosen from among Denver's most accomplished civil litigators. The Trial
Advocacy Workshop presents a unique opportunity to learn and hone your trial
skills in a courtroom environment.
