Facebook, texts, blogs, tweets...these days, communication via social media has become the norm. In this program, the speakers will address ethical issues related to lawyers using social media. Learn how the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct address issues such as establishing a lawyer/client relationship through social media, confidentiality considerations, appearance of impropriety, document retention, and potential conflicts of interest.
