Please join us for a panel discussion with United States District Court Judge Christine M. Arguello, United States Court Judge R. Brooke Jackson, and United States Bankruptcy Court Judge Thomas B. McNamara about timely topics related to the presentation of evidence at hearings and trial. Subjects to be discussed include character evidence, expert witness issues, effective (and ineffective) objections, valuation evidence, and exhibit management. The panel discussion will conclude with a presentation from Judge McNamara on the upcoming change to Federal Rule of Evidence 807.
