WEBINAR

The ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct require attorneys to “keep abreast of changes in the law and its practice, including the benefits and risks associated with relevant technology.”  This engaging program will help attorneys to navigate the ethical and practical pitfalls inherent in practicing law in the age of technology.  The program will address both the technologies lawyers use in the day-to-day practice of law (e.g., data security), as well as the use of disruptive technologies such as document automation, predictive analytics, machine learning and other artificial intelligence technologies.  The program focuses in particular on attorneys’ ethical duty of technological competence, and will offer ideas and strategies for successfully deploying technology to better serve clients.

The written materials are available HERE, HERE and HERE.

2 general/.6 ethics CLE credits approved.
