This CLE will take a look back at the most interesting and high-profile election law issues of the 2020 cycle, and will also look forward to hot-button election law issues in future cycles. The panelists will address topics including: 2020 election challenges in the 6 “battleground” states, including what made these challenges different from other election challenges in the past; attorneys’ ethical obligations when bringing election challenges in court; the pros and cons of mail balloting, including how the Colorado mail balloting system works; and what kinds of election challenges we may see in the future—including here in Colorado.
