The program will include: a panel presentation by U.S. District Court Judge Christine Arguello and Magistrate Judges Kathleen Tafoya and Scott Varholak; presentations by Clerk of the Court Jeffrey Colwell and Legal Officer Ed Butler; an overview of practicing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado; a panel presentation by experienced practitioners who will share tips and advice on practicing in the District of Colorado; and a presentation by Magistrate Judge Kato Crews and Philip Nickerson on the Federal Limited Appearance Program (FLAP).

Please invite new attorneys in your firm or organization to attend this valuable program if they will be practicing in Colorado's Federal Courts!
