Effective litigation of a case requires a mastery of the ability to tell the story of your client who may be an individual criminal defendant, a corporation in a civil action, or an individual plaintiff.  The role of storytelling begins early in motions practice and proceeds through sentencing or judgment.  This CLE will focus on how to best tell your client’s story to reach the most favorable outcome in your case.
