WEBINAR

The Magistrate Judges will address the standards of practice in the United States Court, including increasingly inappropriate conduct and substandard practices. The Magistrate Judges' remarks will touch on many of the Rules of Professional Conduct, including competent representation of a client requiring the legal knowledge, skill, thoroughness and preparation reasonably necessary for the representation; acting with reasonable diligence and promptness in such representation; presenting theories supported by law and fact; engaging in reasonable efforts to expedite litigation; candor to the Court; obeying orders of the Court; and acting with diligence in responding to discovery. This will be an interactive session, with audience participation invited.
