This program will be presented as a webinar only.

This program will address divergent practices and procedures in proceedings before a U.S. District Court and Bankruptcy Court.  The program will focus on areas where the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure differ from the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, such as jurisdictional and other special pleading rules, service of process, voluntary dismissals, appeals, judicial estoppel, client intake and compensation, and avoidance litigation.
