During this annual CLE presentation, Judge Hegarty will provide information that practitioners can use to help the Court fulfill the aspirations of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 1 (the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every action or proceeding). The report, which is an overall picture of trial work in the District of Colorado from January 1-December 31, 2021, presents data on trial results and timing, as well as longer-term data, including:
* Dispositive Motions Practice;
* Pro Se and Pro Bono Representation;
* Magistrate Judge consent;
* Social Security cases;

* A new segment on Circuit appeals.
