The report, which is an overall picture of trial work in the District of Colorado from January 1-December 31, 2021, presents data on trial results and timing, as well as longer-term data, including:

* Dispositive Motions Practice;
* ADR;
* Pro Se and Pro Bono Representation;
* Magistrate Judge consent;
* Social Security cases;
* Bankruptcy; and
* A new segment on Circuit appeals.

Judge Hegarty's analysis of court filings and trials in the District provides critical data for all attorneys who litigate in federal court in Colorado and for their clients.
