If you haven’t tried a case in federal court yet or if you need a refresher, this presentation is your best opportunity to learn the ropes from our panel of distinguished – and very frank – United States Magistrate Judges, who collectively have tried dozens of cases as lawyers and judges.  Submit your questions anonymously in advance or ask them in person and the panel will provide answers. Watch some role playing and test your skill at identifying good, and not so good, practices.  Finally, each panelist will offer a personal list of trial dos and don’ts with explanations.

Materials are available HERE and HERE.
