Come hear Senior District Court Judge Christine Arguello and District Court Judges Gina Rodriguez, Charlotte Sweeney, and Nina Wang discuss their newly released Uniform Practice Standards. The Judges will discuss why they decided to enact uniform procedures, the collaborative process used to develop these practice standards, and how they anticipate these uniform procedures will impact practice in the District of Colorado. The Judges will also discuss a few highlights from their new practice standards that come up frequently in their courtrooms.

Parking: There are several lots near the courthouse, including at 20th & Champa, and a parking structure at 19th & Curtis Street. Metered parking is available around the courthouse but most of it is for 1 hour only and is heavily patrolled.

Security: Program attendees will be required to present a valid ID and go through security; please plan accordingly.
