In this session, experienced practitioners from both sides of the "v" will discuss the purposes of protective orders; the benefits and drawbacks to clients and the public; how to establish good cause; caselaw supporting protective orders; tips and hot topics. Materials will include sample orders to help you put the theory of protective orders into practice.
