Trial is expensive and time-consuming. Resolving disputes outside of the courtroom is often the most advantageous outcome for all involved parties. In this CLE program, speakers will discuss the latest methods and strategies for resolving disputes through negotiation and mediation, as well as ethical issues to consider when discussing and negotiating a settlement.
